There is the opportunity to collaborate with the organization of the festival doing periods of training for free; students could do trainings if they are interested to have a direct experience in organizational staff of a cinema event.

Starting from the middle of June, the trainings will last at least three or four months; they will be part time or full time jobs, from Monday to Friday, depending on the kind of activities that will be done. In accordance with the period of the training, the activities will be:

     management and updating of database, cataloguing and filing of the movies, 
      contacts with other international and national cinema festivals,
      activities of communication and promotion of the event,
      collaboration on researching and selecting movies,
      editing and translation of the publications of the festival: catalogue and programme,
      translation and subtitles of selected movies,
      management of the accommodation and accrediting press/public,
      management and updating of the website,
      editing and graphics of Cartapotere - paper of critique and review of the Festival.
