The jury of the international short film competition 2009, constituted by Boris Sollazzo - president of the jury – cinema critic, Bruno Bartolomeo di Marino, historian of the moving image, Susanna Nicchiarelli, winner of the section Controcampo at the recent edition of Venice Film Festival with “Cosmonauta”, Pierpaolo Rovero, a cartoonist, Paolo Vecchi, cinema critic and contributor of the monthly magazine "Cineforum” awards the cash prize of 2.000,00 euros as best international short film to: Navod na pouzitie (User's manual) by Jana Minarikova, Slovakia For the simplicity accompanied to the formal precision, for the irony and the tenderness with which it proposes a look on humanity, on life and death, and above all for the humanity with which it narrates its characters, a strong and deep film.
